Former LSU All-American and Team USA pitcher. Personalized 1-on-1 coaching for every age and level — from first windmill to college-ready — plus the AW25 app to keep the work going between lessons.
Every elite pitcher is built on three pillars. My coaching develops all three so you're not just throwing harder — you're competing smarter.
01
Spin
Understanding spin rate, axis, and efficiency is what separates good pitchers from dominant ones. We use data-driven feedback to optimize every pitch in your arsenal.
02
Mechanics
Efficient, repeatable mechanics are the engine of consistency. We break down your motion frame by frame to build a delivery you can trust under pressure.
03
Mindset
The best arm in the world means nothing without the confidence to use it. We train mental toughness, focus, and the competitor's edge that wins big moments.
The program between lessons.
AW25 is Allie's weekly Bullpen of the Day with live scoring, leaderboards against the whole program, a drill library with her cues, and progress you can see. Book lessons right from the app.
I meet you where you are — and push you where you want to go.
I'm a former LSU All-American pitcher and Division I pitching coach. I played in the Women's College World Series, earned All-SEC and All-American honors, and went on to coach at the collegiate level.
Now I work one-on-one with pitchers who want to get better — not just physically, but mentally. I focus on building complete athletes who understand their craft, trust their preparation, and compete with confidence every time they step in the circle.
Whether you're a 10-year-old just learning to pitch or a college recruit refining your game, I meet you where you are and push you where you want to go.

Truth be told—it was family.
After years of coaching at the collegiate level, I realized I was missing the moments that mattered most at home. My daughter Blakely is only little once, and I wanted to be there for the bedtime stories, the firsts, and the ordinary days that make up a childhood.
My wife Holly and I made the decision together: to choose presence over prestige.
But stepping away from college coaching didn't mean stepping away from the game I love. It meant shifting where I make my impact. Now, I get to help shape the next generation of softball players from the very beginning—building their foundation, nurturing their confidence, and sending them off to college coaches not only ready, but prepared in every way.
It's still coaching. It's still meaningful. And it lets me be the coach and the parent I want to be.
Yes, please bring your own catcher! If you're unable to, I can hop in when needed—but just know I was a pitcher in college, so you can imagine how it goes when I'm the one behind the plate. Having a dedicated catcher helps keep the session smooth, focused, and way more productive for both of us!
Consistency is key! One session a week is a great start. For those preparing for competition or looking to advance quickly, 2-3 sessions weekly can make a big impact—especially in the offseason.
Both. I believe in coaching the full athlete. That means teaching routines, mindset tools, and confidence strategies that help players handle pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and believe in themselves.
I'm a mix of detailed, honest, and encouraging. I'll challenge you to grow, but I also create an environment where you feel comfortable failing, asking questions, and building confidence through small wins. Every lesson is tailored to you—not just a one-size-fits-all drill.
I'm also very real with my athletes. If you show up ready to work, I'll meet you there every time. But if the effort isn't there, I'm going to call it out. Growth takes intention, and I'm here to help you get better—not just hand out high fives.
Life happens! I ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Weather-related cancellations are always flexible, and I'll do my best to accommodate make-ups.
Yes! After sessions, I often share what we worked on, what clicked, and what needs attention. I also use video when appropriate to help athletes (and parents) see progress and understand adjustments.
Absolutely. I've coached and played at the collegiate level, so I understand what coaches are looking for. I help players build highlight videos, prep for camps, and navigate the recruiting process with honesty and confidence.
Every athlete deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered—and that includes players with physical, learning, or developmental disabilities. I take the time to understand each athlete's unique needs, learning style, and comfort level. Whether that means adjusting drills, slowing down instruction, or finding new ways to build confidence, my goal is always to create a safe, positive space where they can thrive. If your athlete has specific needs, we can plan together and make the experience the best it can be—for them and for you.
