Personal Information: When you book lessons, contact us, or sign up for updates, we may collect your name, email, phone number, billing details, and any other information you choose to provide.

Automatically Collected Information: Our site may collect technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and device information for analytics and performance.

Cookies & Tracking: We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze site traffic.

When you use the App, we collect only what it needs to run training and monthly competitions:

• Account information: your email address and password (stored securely, never readable by us), whether you're a parent or an athlete, and an age group (under 13, 13 to 17, or adult).
• Age: athletes who sign up on their own enter a birth month and year. Only the resulting age group, and for 13 to 17 year olds the month they turn 18, leaves the device. The App may also use Apple's age range feature, which shares an age range, not a birthdate.
• Athlete profiles: first name, last initial, age division, and team level.
• Training and competition data: workout scores, pitch-by-pitch results, bullpen sessions (including optional location and notes), pitching metrics you enter or import from PitchLogic, training progress, and journal check-ins (such as mood, arm status, confidence, goals, and reflections).
• Competition videos: video of a competition attempt that you choose to upload for staff verification.
• Family links: which parent accounts are linked to which athletes, and which phones are paired to an athlete.
• Subscription status: your plan, trial and renewal status, and Apple transaction ID. Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your card or billing details.

How we use it: to run your account, show your progress, score and verify competition results, post standings, award prizes, and provide support.

Who can see it: journal entries, training history, and videos are visible only to your account, linked parents or guardians, and AW25 staff. On leaderboards and standings, other App users see the athlete's first name and last initial, division, scores, and placement.

No ads or tracking: the App has no advertising and no third-party analytics, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.

Retention: competition videos are deleted automatically 14 days after that competition's results are finalized. Everything else is kept until you delete it or delete your account.

Deleting your account: in the App, go to Profile and tap "Delete account." This permanently deletes your login, athlete profiles, attempts and videos, journal and training history, and paired phones. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your iPhone's Settings. You can also email us to request deletion.

Service Providers: Payment processors, scheduling platforms, or trusted vendors assisting in lesson management. App data is stored with Supabase, our hosting and database provider, and App subscriptions are handled by Apple.

Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Our services are directed toward parents and athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

In the App, children under 13 cannot create their own account. A parent or guardian creates the account and the athlete profile, and can pair the child's phone so it shows only that athlete's workouts and scores. Athletes 13 to 17 can create their own account, but must link a parent or guardian before uploading competition videos or claiming prizes, and prizes for athletes under 18 go to the parent or guardian.

A parent or guardian can review, change, or delete their child's information in the App at any time, or by contacting us.
