These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alliewalljasper.com and participation in services provided by Allie Walljasper Softball. By using our website or booking lessons, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Allie Walljasper Softball provides pitching lessons, clinics, camps, and related training opportunities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
2. Lesson Bookings & Payments
- All lesson bookings must be scheduled in advance.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.
3. Liability Waiver
Participation in softball lessons involves physical activity. By booking and attending lessons, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with training, including risk of injury. All participants (or parents/guardians of minors) must sign a liability waiver before attending lessons.
4. Code of Conduct
We expect all athletes, parents, and participants to maintain respectful behavior. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conduct is inappropriate or unsafe.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on alliewalljasper.com, including text, images, and lesson materials, is the property of Allie Walljasper Softball and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allie Walljasper Softball is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
